- 50% Deposit NON REFUNDABLE for: Peak Season (21 Dec-10Jan), Easter Week End and Oyster Festival Week End bookings.
- Full payment ONE month before arrival.
- Up to 4 weeks prior to arrival - 100% of deposit will be refunded.
- 29 to 14 Days prior to arrival - 50% of deposit will be refunded.
- 13 to 7 Days prior to arrival - 25% of deposit will be refunded should the Guest House be able to re-sell the reserved room/s.
- 6 Days and less prior to arrival - no refund and full payment of reserved room/s.
No children under twelve during HIGH season in the 5-star rooms.
